Blog world

I read alot of blogs....and when I started out writing my own blog - I had no idea what I wanted it to be. It was just something I was actually talked into doing (thanks, Heather!) and I do love it! I love to make people laugh, I love to show how my kids are growing and share with family & friends that don't get to see them as often as I'd like, I love knowing that I have a "blog network" of friends that I would never have met had I not started blogging, I love sharing my faith with anyone who "stops by" in hopes that they see something different in me.

Now after blogging for over a year (and reading many blogs) I know what I want my own blog to reflect. I want to leave my readers with a positive note....whether it's to encourage one another on potty training, compare stories about the wonderful "dance of marriage", or just lift one another up in prayer about goings on in each others lives....that is my wish for this blog.

I welcome any and all readers - there are no "stalkers" - it's a public blog for crying out loud! I have nothing on here that ANYONE should not read!!! That is what a blog is for so check in anytime, don't bring any negative comments this way and enjoy!

P.S. I came across a blog today that would blow your minds!!! That's what spurred this post on! I felt so sorry for this girl - worried about people reading her blog, trashing all kinds of people and so worried about people stalking her blog that she's MOVING it! WHAT? Get over yourself...I would post the link but I'm actually embarrassed for her.

Modeling contest! Please Vote!

Koo Koo Bear kids is a PRECIOUS store in Roswell and if you've never heard of it, I highly suggest you check it out online at www.kookoobearkids.com

Anyway, they held a contest in conjuction with James Adam Hill Photography and Elite
modeling to find their next catalog cutie! Plus, in addition to being featured in their catalog, the winner also receives a $500 gift certificate to their store, free photo sessions with James Adam Hill Photography and a one year modeling contract with Elite.

Now I'm being realistic here and I KNOW that every parent thinks their child is adorable and should absolutely win the contest. With that being said, I also know that not all children are adorable (right?) So what I'm trying to say is, I'm sure the voting is really just for fun because if the UGLIEST kid gets 1000 votes, you don't think they'd put him on the cover do you? I think it's already determined but I may be wrong....anyway, who cares! Go vote anyway!

I know there are a lot of you out there that read my blog but don't post comments and that's fine! (Even though I would love your comments) I don't nag you about it or even whine when you tell me you read it and don't post anything but now I'm asking you to actually click on these links and leave a little comment for my children!!! Your comment counts as one vote! It's for the kids!!!! REALLY! Each child has their own link so you'll have to actually do a little more work than usual and click on THREE links! I only did this so you wouldn't have to scroll through tons of children to find mine!

The photographer chose the photos of each child that was to be submitted to the modeling agency and I didn't have any say in that so here are the pictures they chose! Now get to voting!
